FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

  1. What are the check-in and check-out timings for your hotel?
  2. Check in: 1 pm onwards and check out: 12 noon

  3. Will I get any email confirmations for my hotel booking?
  4. Yes. We will send you the confirmation and booking voucher after the receipt of advance.

  5. Can I cancel or extend my stay in your hotel? What will be the circumstances for the both?
  6. Extension of your stay, if need be, will be as per the availability at the time.

    Cancellation Policy

    1. If booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the total booking amount is charged.
    2. If booking is cancelled within 2 – 7 days prior to check in, 50% of the total booking amount is charged.
    3. If booking is cancelled within 8 – 14 days prior to check in, 25% of the total booking amount is charged.
    4. No cancellation amount charged if cancelled 15days prior to check in.
    5. Any bookings which is part cancelled, postponed or bookings date brought forward is subjective to cancellation policy for the previous made booking.
  7. Do you provide non-vegetarian food in your hotel?
  8. No, only pure vegetarian food is served. Non vegetarian food is very easily available in restaurants which are in plenty near by.
  9. Do you allow alcohol?
  10. We do not sell/ serve alcohol. However, you may drink in private in the room.
  11. Parking - There is parking space available for few vehicles.
  12. Driver accommodation – Not available in our hotel. We would assist you to book an economic room near by. The billing amount would be informed to you.
  13. What are the documents required to visit Sikkim?
  14. For Tsomgo Lake/Nathula pass permits - You are required to make an envelope containing 3 photos + photocopies of IDs of all members and name list with age. For North Sikkim tour - You will be required to make another envelope same as above for North Sikkim visit (Lachung/Lachen), if you are visiting these places too. ID proof must be valid and must have address mentioned.
  15. What is meant by extra cot or extra bed?
  16. The inclusion of ‘extra bed’ with a booking is facilitated with a mattress or a bed roll, as an extra bed.
  17. Do you provide room heaters?
  18. Yes, we do provide room heaters on surcharge of Rs. 250.00 per heater per night.
  19. Do you provide pick up/ drop facilities?
  20. Yes, we assist our guests with the transportation. We provide several types of vehicles on hire.
